MCC, representing the owners, CG King Mill, is the redevelopment of a historic 1882 cotton mill located on the banks of the Savannah River in historic downtown Augusta, Georgia.

This mixed-use project will consist of 245 market-rate apartments, commercial and retail space. Commencing in February 2023, it is scheduled for completion in November 2024.

The lofts at king mill

100,000 square feet of vacant warehouse space has been redeveloped into 12 individual warehouse/light industry units. MCC completed this project within nine months and is entirely let. 

MCC provides property management services for this project.

sibley mill

Sibley Mill is a historic 1880 cotton mill on the original site of the gunpowder works during the Civil War.

Plans are underway to redevelop the 260,000 square feet primary mill building, which is scheduled to begin in late 2024.

MCC oversaw the redevelopment of 3 historic buildings on the site since 2018.

MCC provides property management services for this project

A 34,000 square feet custom commercial cyber security building for the tenant, Corsica Technologies

A 10,000 square feet cyber security training facility, Cyberworks Academy

A 40,000 square feet warehouse and logistics facility for M-Communications, a wireless telecommunications contractor.

We have successfully developed numerous high-end residential and commercial projects over the past 25 years.

RESIDENTIAL ESTATES

End-to-end property development from purchasing vacant land, installing services and utilities, marketing, sales of both lots and completed homes. Projects varied in size from 25 acres up to 1,500 acres with 40 - 400 developable lots and ranging in size from 1/4 acre to 2 acres.

  • Blair Atholl

    650 hectare township establishment offering 330 exclusive acre-lots for residential development. Project development included an 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse, a equestrian center, fishing dams, conference facilities, restaurant, community family restaurant with tennis courts, hiking and mountain bike trails, and a health spa.

  • Dainfern Ext 10

  • Dainfern Valley

After purchasing the vacant land and installing all services and utilities, these projects were marketed on a design-and-build basis, generally with a set architectural theme. These developments ranged in size from 4 individual, single-family homes to 60, on lots of approximately 1/4 acre.

  • Stonehill - 4 extremely high-end, custom homes within a secure gated project

  • Old wood - another high-end, low-density single home project of 6 homes, from 5,000 sf in size

  • Three Oaks - six custom-built, cluster homes

  • Aragon - 42 cluster homes within a secure gated community

  • Linley Place - elegant custom homes ranging in size between 4,500sf and 8,000sf

MULTI-FAMILY

  • Borgo de Felice—200 apartment homes with community facilities, including a clubhouse and swimming pool. The design inspiration was a medieval village in Tuscany, Italy.

  • Dainfern x16 - This well situated cluster development in the Dainfern township, consisted of 37 homes in 3 separate phases. These homes are well sought after and occasionally come up for sale on the open market.
